BIOGRAPHY
J.J. Campbell joined Stream Realty Partners in January 2022 as Vice President of Construction and Development. He is responsible for managing staff and large projects for the local construction and development team, supporting existing and new client relationships, and working with leadership to grow Stream Washington, D.C. Metro’s market share.
PREVIOUS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Before joining Stream, J.J. served as Vice President at CCSI Construction and Blake Real Estate, Inc. of the District of Columbia for more than 23 years, where he completed renovations of the high-rise office building at 1701 Pennsylvania Ave., the iconic 1500 K Street office building overlooking McPherson Square, and the highest-rated Energy Star-certified Class A office structure known as the Farragut Building at 900 17th St. NW.
