BIOGRAPHY

Jason serves as Senior Construction Manager for Stream’s Project Management and Development Division with over fifteen years of experience in the Washington Metropolitan area specific to construction and project management. Experience includes numerous projects ranging from 10,000 to 200,000 square feet in the categories of financial, retail, restaurant, corporate, and education. 

PREVIOUS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Jason is responsible for managing client relationships for a portfolio of projects, ensuring expectations and needs are met with regards to budget, schedule, and quality. Creating and executing master project schedule resulting in the timely completion of project milestones and key deliverables. Identifying client needs and determining project scope in order to draft and deliver a customized project budget. Developing project specific RFP’s based on project needs and requirements. Managing RFP processes for all trades by coordinating and leading bid comparisons and interviews, and providing guidance to client on contractor selection. Facilitating the coordination and scheduling of all owner trades throughout the project life-cycle, certifying work is occurring within the general contractor’s schedule. Coordinating and leading weekly progress meetings with the client and general contractor, keeping all interested parties apprised of status updates, upcoming action items and next steps. Managing TI reimbursement for client with building management to ensure timely payment of all eligible contractors. Review and red-line lease agreements prior to client signature.
