Transition of unconditioned parking garage into conditioned conferencing center, requiring major mechanical upgrade. We were challenged to give an underground conferencing center the appearance of natural light; this was achieved through large backlit “windows” on timers to mimic sunlight throughout the day. Large format tile, oak millwork flitch and glass storefronts throughout the space give a sophisticated look fitting of a trophy amenity.
